Full turnkey drilling program design and execution including, but not limited to:
- Environmental and cultural heritage due diligence and management
- Planning and design for project civilworks
- Contract development and tender management for project contractors and service providers
- Third party joint interaction management
- Liaison with external co-lease holders to ensure planned activities meet the agreements in place between our clients and their co-lease partners, and activities can safely be achieved simultaneously
- Wellbore surface collar locations and flight path design
- Drilling engineering: well planning, drilling programme and montage development and delivery
- Budget development
